Summary:  After a successful career in corporate Human Resources Management Rich transitioned to the non-profit sector serving as the Employer Engagement Manager and Talent Referral Lead in the Adult Employment Services division of a Chicago based vocational rehabilitation firm. Along the way he launched disability inclusion programs for businesses and government contractors and has helped companies boost their existing disability inclusive environments. Prior to entering the disability inclusion realm, he was a 20 year corporate management leader with a proven track record of Human Resources, operations, and general management successes.
